    We currently accept the payment based on Paypal online payment system.

    Including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, JCB.

    Quayside Flat applies one of the most well-know payment system provides the most up-to-day secure severs to process every payments and protecting your privacy is priority.

    You can and easily check the status of your order progress by sigh in to your account and checking your page or delivery page.

    If your order have not been placed to ship out, please contact as soon as possible, and we will do our best to accommodate you order.

  • [ ] SHIPPING - When will my items ship out?
    When will my items ship out?

    We basically will ship your product within 2 ~ 5 business days (Weakened and holiday are not included) since your oder is placed and confirmed. 

    However, some of products are featured by pre-order or order-made offer, so please note that shipping times vary and are often depends on the different items or  offer you placed.

    Quayside Flat currently ship items worldwide within the Expree Maill Service (EMS).

    You will be given an EMS parcel tracking number once your oder has been picked up by the carrier.

    Tracking number can let you quickly follow up the parcel’s shipping schedule and easily expected delivery time.

    However, please note that delivery time are estimates. Weekend order, holidays, inclement weather and customs clearance can cause shipping time to vary. 

    In the case of packages lost of delayed in transit by the shipping carrier, please contact us immediately, we will attempt to track the package or / and make a claim for you. If your claim is successful, we will then issue a new product or refund to you in a timely manner.

    How much does shipping coast?

    Shipping coats will be calculated automatically depending on the items in the shopping cart and the shipping country you select in the check out page.

    Please noted that the total prices will automatically be calculated without taxed and customs duties.

    You may have these charges, it very depending on the policies of the designated country that handle the package. 

    The customs duties are different for each country, please contact your local customs office for more information.

    Please check with related authority of the designated country of the order you placed.

    Quayside Flat group is not responsible for any of these charges, and would not refund the item(s) returned to us due to unaccepted / undelivered / absent recipient and/or any other reasons unless otherwise agreed with Quayside Flat in advance.

    For most items is available returns within 7 days from receipt date.

    The items must be unused and returned in its original condition with all tags attached, undamaged box or packaging.

    Please note that item are pre-order, special offer and order-made products are not eligible for return.

    For returns outside the return policy, Quayside Flat reserves the right to not accept the return or issue store credit in place of a full refund.

    Please note that the buyers have to undertake any shipping fees charged for returning the products.

    We currently do not accept exchange item for online order, but other than that, exchange is available for items are damaged during delivery.

    Quayside Flat group takes precaution for every packaging our goods. If items unfortunately arrive in damaged or bad condition, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the parcel. Please note that the process of exchange of damaged goods must be made through email contact.

    1. Please email us a photo of damaged product to within 7 days of receiving of products.

    2. We will try to remedy the situation with our co-operative carrier.  And we will offer you an exchange of goods after investigation.
